Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter (natural or creamy)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey or pure maple syrup
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour (or finely ground oats)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment or grease lightly.
2. Whisk together peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey/maple syrup, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Add oat flour, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir just until combined.
4. Fold in chocolate chips. Sprinkle a few more on top for visual appeal.
5. Pour batter into the dish, spreading evenly.
6. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool completely before slicing into 9 squares.
Notes
